A Pleasure Working With Melinda. Melinda sold our home of 25 years in Plantation Florida. We didn't even know where to start but Melinda had a plan. Her input as to the current market conditions, comparable sales in our neighborhood and where to initially price point our property was invaluable. Melinda came out to our home several times with input for proper staging, options for advertising, professional photography and outdoor color brochures to offer the perspective buyer as much information as possible.
